Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, using the service you select at checkout (e.g., Tracked 48 etc).

Our dispatch time is usually very quick, typically 1-5 working days. During busier periods, such as Christmas, dispatch may take a little longer, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery where possible.

Once your item is with Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit, but we will always do our best to help resolve any postal issues where we can.

Items Lost in the Post

In the rare event that your item is lost, Royal Mail regulations mean we must allow 15 working days from posting before an item can be declared "missing," even for 1st Class deliveries.

We do not offer refunds for lost items, but we will send a replacement order to you as soon as possible.
