Your Right to Cancel
Because personalised items are made just for you, they are exempt from the standard Distance Selling Regulations policy on the "right to cancel." Once full payment is received, your order will go ahead.
That said, if you have a change of heart, please contact us as soon as possible - we're happy to cancel orders that haven't been started yet.
Orders that are already in production, or were placed over 12 hours ago, unfortunately cannot be cancelled.
Care Instructions
All our pieces are carefully polished before they are sent out, but as with most metals, some items will naturally tarnish over time. Copper, in particular, can dull quite quickly and will need regular polishing to keep it looking tip-top.
Every order comes with a care sheet to guide you on the easiest and most cost-effective ways to keep your pieces looking their best.
Because of the materials we use, items can become scratched or marked with regular use, especially keyrings, which are handled daily and may rub against keys, pockets, or other surfaces. If you've added crystals or charms to your piece, please note that these can also contribute to scratches.
We cannot accept responsibility for wear and tear over time, including the types of marks and scratches mentioned above.
Gift Wrapping, Packaging & Photography
Each item comes in a colourful organza gift bag. Each individual item is also wrapped in tissue paper for extra protection.
All orders are shipped in a padded envelope to keep them safe in transit.
We always take photos of complete orders before posting for our records. These photos may be used for advertising purposes, but if you would prefer that your order not be featured, please let us know and we will delete the image once your order has arrived.
Safety & Important Notes
• Always keep your purchase away from young children - small parts could pose a choking hazard.
• We cannot make or sell anything intended for very young children; our items are not suitable for them.
• While we list all the metals we use on our page, there is a very small chance that some parts may contain nickel, which can trigger allergies in some people.
